Seems like a question of revenge vs rehabilitation. Are they sending them to prison for life in order to make victims feel satisfied, or do they honestly think there is no way that they will change their ways? Also, if it's considered too cruel for minors, isn't it also too cruel for adults? What is the exact moment in life where we say, "you're too old to learn better... now!"??
2. 7 Day Survivor - Dead Rising - MS never should have allowed this one. Takes a MINIMUM of 14 hours in real time, and thats IF you dont mess up. While risking RRODSony/MS never should have allowed:-Killzone 2's, staying in the top 1% of all players for an entire week-Any trophy/achievement requiring massive grinding. ie: Playing 1000 hours online. Some of us do have lives or other games. Resistance 2's kill a hundred thousand will take me a minimum of a thousand hours, it's my last trophy, so I gave up the game. Trophies that stupid just piss me off.I dont mind trophies for beating a game on hard (except Killzone, which lied to you about how close you were to getting it, and thus I sold it back to EB when I found out. Only game I ever sold) I've done it for Uncharted 2, Resistance 2, and Dead Space. But grinding/repetition is the most annoying game element ever, and any developer who ever thinks of using it in their game needs to be locked in a room with a conveyor belt floor, and robot arms that spank the hell out of the idiot for eternity and see how he likes repetition (I'm looking at you too Phantom Hourglass)

Sadly, i'll back that up. I absolutely LOVE my iPhone. I work freelance for many clients at once. I use nearly every standard feature on a daily basis. The calendar syncs with my mac instantly. My contacts are backed up automatically. Visual voicemail is a god-send when prioritizing client projects. Honestly, it's become a dependable and central part of how I conduct my business... that being said, in the last two or three months - the network started dropping more then 25% of all my calls (before 5pm it's really bad, after 6 I rarely have probems). Often my phone never rings - a voicemail will just show up an hour later. It's embarrassing and it's getting noticeably worse with time. It's not a reception issue - I've always got 4 bars. In fact, even when I'm out of town and have no bars, I still usually even have 3G.Probably what irks me the most, (even more then the fact that somehow text messaging doesn't fall under "Unlimited Data") is the fact that I'm faithfully fulfilling my end of a 2-year contract despite how AT&T is blatantly snubbing theirs.... AT&T is getting a free ride out of me just because Apple made a kick ass phone.And no, I'm not hacking/jail-breaking or otherwise pwning my iPhone for reasons I'm not getting into here.
