Even though they've pushed this game back so much, I'm fine with it. There's a ***** ton of good games coming out now to keep me occupied, plus I want SC2 to be at its fullest potential. Keep the good games coming..
They cut the video before the part where the press secretary launched his reptile tongue into the audience and pulled the reporter right into his gullet with one quick snap.!

The reason they ditched dedicated servers was exactly for this sort of thing. They want to be able to roll out a new game every year and then force everybody to upgrade at full cost by killing the servers of the older version. Oooopps....can't play the older version anymore since we switched off the matchmaking server...looks like you need to buy 2010!!! |

Because the features, usability, extensibility, and flexibility still trump a little performance gain, no one trades a pickup truck for a Ferrari when they need to haul cargo every day.I hate that Firefox has become a little sluggish, but for me Tab Mix Plus (advanced tab management), Grab 'n Drag (tablet-like scrolling w/mouse), Weave (sync of everything), Greasemonkey and Firebug (web developing), Split Browser (multiple panes in one window), are all *essential* to my daily usage, but other browsers can't duplicate more than half of that functionality.

Congress does have this authority as granted by the general welfare clause.This authority was granted in 1937 when conservatives challenged the constitutionality of the social security act in Helvering v. Davis, 301 U.S. 619 (1937).Please inform yourself. Being a constitutional expert involves a lot more than reading a 6 page document.There are 27 amendments and 200 years worth of supreme court rulings that have molded the constitution to apply to modern times. And as stated above the Helvering v. Davis, 301 U.S. 619 (1937) ruling makes a nationwide healthcare plan 100% constitutional. In order for it to be unconstitutional the supreme court would have to repeal that ruling. And since doing so would end social security, welfare, medicare, medicaid and all other social programs I wouldn't hold my breath. |
