In order for it to be unconstitutional the supreme court would have to repeal that ruling. And since doing so would end social security, welfare, medicare, medicaid and all other social programs I wouldn't hold my breath.

Everybody knows that when you die, you go to heaven or hell.Heaven will be an eternity of joy. Despite the fact that based on the theory of marginal utility an eternity of joy won't be as great as the living world where every ounce of suffering will make the feeling of joy much more meaningful. Hell will be an eternity of torture. Despite the fact that once you die you can't die again, and your pain receptors are completely useless. I mean, seriously, what do you expect to happen to me if I get poked with spears by Demons in Hell? I'm not just gonna roll over and die. I can't bleed to death since I'm already dead. From anyone observance the conclusion can be reached that humans are terrible at acting as one organism. Though the unity required by progress is morally idealistic, it is virtually unachievable due to the almost ubiquitous adherence to a mentality of individualism (I know, that phrase is a bit of an oxymoron), the financial inabilities to save energy most effectively, the red tape that surrounds the issue, and, in my case, a lethargic and antipathetic view towards the matter, and its lack is no cause for offense or question.
